Track contract renewal and service dates, providing timely alerts to account managers ahead of expiry.
Sales Team Support
Act as a first point of contact for administrative enquiries relating to orders, quotes and CRM records.
Support account managers with day-to-day administrative tasks to enable them to focus on customer-facing activity.
Respond to routine customer enquiries where appropriate, escalating to the relevant account manager for anything requiring commercial judgement or relationship ownership.

Liaise with technical, finance and operations teams to ensure orders and quotes are processed smoothly and information flows correctly between systems.
Support the onboarding of new orders into delivery teams, ensuring handover information is complete and accurate.
