Key Responsibilities:

The immediate role will be to support the smooth delivery of IT services and efficient coordination of day-to-day activities. This role focuses on service management, documentation, vendor coordination, and assisting with IT processes — helping the technical team stay organized, compliant, and responsive to business needs. Additionally the role will include controlling the quotation and ordering of communication services such as leased lines and fibre circuits.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools would be a benefit
• Any helpdesk experience also beneficial
• Communications line experience
• Basic understanding of IT systems, devices, and terminology
• Competent in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
